A Night at the Stakeout in Taos, New Mexico
Carrie and Hannah celebrated their love amongst friends and family in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico. The NYC couple wanted to bring their loved ones to a place special to them—Taos—a place for adventure-seekers and artists. The Stakeout is a beautiful venue that offers that desert charm while creating an intimate feeling. Take a look at some of the highlights from Carrie and Hannah’s day.

Carrie and Hannah’s wedding was extra special for me to design because Carrie is one of my closest friends. We met in college over a decade ago, and have remained good friends since. It was truly an honor to celebrate her and Hannah’s love and partnership in such a beautiful place.
All the flowers and foliage used for Carrie and Hannah’s designs were sourced from flower farms in New Mexico in September. Sourcing from the surrounding farms allowed me to discover new-to-me florals and foliage that you can’t normally find in the midwest. And all the ceramic vases were custom made by Hannah’s mom who is a ceramist. This really brought a unique and special meaning to each floral piece.
